OK!! sooo.. just before you get into downtown Miami [and from Little Havana to the hospital] there is a road/draw-bridge - {you know} to let all the fancy yachts go down this tiny tiny tiny river [i was in shock and awe!] HUGE [and i mean HUGE boats coming and going, {in what looked like a tiny wading pool}] HA!... but, ok, the road is/was/is SO THICK.. it amazes me [every day] when it shoots up to a 90-degree angle! Like WOAH! this is AMAZING! [and it makes me start to think about hydrolics and stuff] and then I just loose myself in my own mind, cuz its all un-familiar-territory to me! [HA] but still fun to watch and take a picture of!



and then.. OK so this HAS TO BE my favourite store in all of Little Havana! [like 4-serious] ... CHINA MAN DISCOUNTS is like a 99cent dream store, that serves you BEER when you walk in the door in tiny dixe-cups!! and the crazy-spanish dude is dressed up like like the "ASIAN-[oh so wrong]-ICON" on his sign! He has a glued on mustache! He has on a huge rice-field hat.. and drew lines in his forehead with some kind of sharpie, and yells at everyone [in a spanish/chinese insane accent] to BUY BUY BUY and don't forget BEER BEER BEER! omg! i tried to take his picture, but he got really angry with me, and I didn't want to be BANNED from the store! [ha] so... you'll just have to trust me on this one.. [my BFF knows my crazy passion for DUNE!!!!] ... so now, I'm having "wake[ing] dreams" of my dream cast!! [of course I am somewhere in this movie!!] I HAVE TO BE!!!!!!!! an extra, an ANYTHING!!! :-) ... i wonder if Peter Berg will do justice to the book!?!
